As experienced real estate investors and industrial developers, Steve Tress and Chaim Weiss were approached numerous times for assistance with industrial projects. They realized that for many companies, even experienced real estate investment groups, industrial was a new, and intimidating, territory. 

 

Teaming up with Gary Tenenbaum, an experienced real estate professional with a track-record for high-level due diligence and project management, they established an industrial and commercial development management firm. 
 

They called it Ibex.
